In 2020, Poseidon, brought steel grit blasting in-house, gaining greater control over quality and cost in surface preparation for painting. Previously outsourced, this service is now a core part of our manufacturing process, offering reliable removal of existing coatings and the ability to treat imperfect surfaces effectively.

Prepared parts move seamlessly from our Steel Grit Blasting Booth into our Liquid Paint Booth, which measures 60’ long x 15’9” wide x 15’1” tall. Here, we apply a wide range of primers and topcoats to meet customer specifications.

For heavy components, our 25-ton crane ensures safe handling and full access to all surfaces during preparation and painting.
