We have small electrical winches for rent or sale, all the way up mechanical winches with bare drum pulls up to 99,000 lbs! Poseidon® P100 Split Hydraulic Double Drum Winch
Poseidon’s P100 Split Hydraulic Double Drum Winch is a robust unit that will lift 24” diameter spuds in excess of 80’ long dependent on the conditions. Sporting drums that feed cable out of opposites ends of the winch frame, its design allows for fewer situations where a contractor “must” re-direct their steel cable with snatch blocks.
- Features Pullmaster H18 rapid-reverse hydraulic winch units.
- 3/4″ cable can be purchased from MES. May ship separately, will quote spooling on to winch when possible.
- Each drum holds up to 500’ of ¾” steel cable
- Cat 3.4B 120 HP Tier 4
- 120 gallon reservoir with sight gauge
- Uses Chevron Clarity Hydraulic Oil

Poseidon® P65 Split Hydraulic Double Drum Winch
This unit is the smaller version of the Poseidon P100 Split Hydraulic Double Drum Winch. This unit can effectively handle most 18” diameter spuds. Your MES Territory Manager can assist in determining what winch unit best suits you.
- Features Pullmaster H12 rapid-reverse hydraulic winch units.
- 5/8” cable can be purchased from MES. May ship separately, will quote spooling on to winch when possible.
- Each drum holds up to 222’ of 5/8” steel cable
- Cummins 74 HP Tier 4
- 85 gallon reservoir with sight gauge
- Uses Chevron Clarity Hydraulic Oil
- 12,000 lbs bare drum line pull @ 104 ft/min

Poseidon Pocket Mounted Winch System
Poseidon’s pocket mounted winches are integrated right into the spud pocket eliminating the need for steel cable to run across the deck! Powered by the Poseidon Hydraulic Power Units and fed by an umbilical hose, the Pocket Mounted Winch System operates 2 winches from one set of controls located on the power pack. Optional HPU configurations are available that can operate up to 4 winches from a single set of controls.
