Poseidon offers in house liquid painting for large parts and assemblies.

Poseidon expanded its capabilities by introducing liquid painting alongside the addition of steel grit blasting. Bringing these services in-house significantly reduced lead times by streamlining the process and improving operational efficiency.

Parts can be blasted in our new Steel Grit Blast Booth, then transferred directly to our State-of-the-Art Liquid Painting Booth.

Our Liquid Paint Booth is one of the largest in the Tri-State area, measuring 60 ft long x 16 ft wide x 15 ft high. Heavy product can easily be lifted by our 25 ton crane to allow for us to coat those hard to reach places.

Whether you are needing raw steel fabrications painted, or you are refurbishing a large piece of equipment, Poseidon has got you covered.

Multi chemistry coatings are available including epoxy primers, epoxy top coats, zinc rich primer, aliphatic urethanes, and more. If you have a special coating requirement, reach out and we would be glad to quote it.
Single-color stenciling services are currently available.
